Sanity-check inverting and pullups for Z probe and Z endstop

`Z_MIN_ENDSTOP_INVERTING` must match `Z_MIN_PROBE_ENDSTOP_INVERTING`
when using `Z_MIN_PROBE_USES_Z_MIN_ENDSTOP_PIN`.
This is easy to overlook.
