- `SD_DETECT_PIN` replaces `SDCARDDETECT` - `SD_DETECT_INVERTED` replaces `SDCARDDETECTINVERTED` - Revise the description of `SD_DETECT_INVERTED` - Add a note about the override of `SD_DETECT_INVERTED` in `Conditionals.h`
